Strategic Plan Strategy: In the 2023/2024 School Year, 80% of Mountainside High School students will be regular attendees (regularly attendees will be defined as students who attend school 90% or more).
Available Leading Indicators for this Measure: In data provided by district office, recent data indicates 72.4% (11/6/23) of Mountainside High School students attend regularly (>90%). In 2022-23 school year, 65.7% attended regularly. |

School “SMART” Goal (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Timely):
During the 2023/2024 School Year, 90% of our students receiving Ds in a core class, in Quarter 1 will end the semester with a C or better.
Utilize Baseline data to create directed and intentional instructional strategies.
