School “SMART” Goal (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Timely):
Strategic Plan Strategy:  In the 2023/2024 School Year, 80% of Mountainside High School students will be regular attendees (regularly attendees will be defined as students who attend school 90% or more). 

Available Leading Indicators for this Measure: In data provided by district office, recent data indicates 72.4% (11/6/23) of Mountainside High School students attend regularly (>90%). In 2022-23 school year, 65.7% attended regularly.

Strategic Plan Strategy: Implement strong multi-tiered systems of support for students' behavioral and social-emotional needs

Strategic Plan Goal Area 2: Progress on Standards

Strategic Plan Outcome: All students demonstrate progress toward, and achievement, of the standards
Strategic Plan Measure: Course passage rate by core class, including racial groups and SPED/ELL
School “SMART” Goal (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Timely): 

During the 2023/2024 School Year, 90% of our students receiving Ds in a core class, in Quarter 1 will end the semester with a C or better.

Strategic Plan Strategy:
